Liver Cleanse
A really easy and high-return health practice we can adopt is the Liver Cleanse, a gentle daily cleanse for our all important liver, responsible for over 400 functions in our body.
Upon rising, before eating or drinking anything else, drink a mixture of half a glass of water, juice of ½ fresh lemon, 1 drop of Peppermint Oil and 1 drop Lemon Oil. Wait 5 minutes and you are good to go.
If you have high blood pressure, or cannot stand the smell or taste of the Peppermint Oil, you may substitute Wild Orange Oil. Make sure and use therapeutic grade essential oils, the cleanest water you can find, and organic lemon if possible.
We don’t live in bubbles, and are continually exposed to less than perfect environmental conditions, so plan on doing this for the rest of your life. It’s suitable for the whole family. If your children balk, just apply the drops of oil to their feet before they go to bed.
